I lost over $900 in my very first Plinko session on Wild.io, with rapid balance depletion and no meaningful multiplier recovery — despite advertised RTPs. I reached out calmly and professionally requesting a refund or ETH settlement. I was offered a return of a small ETH remainder but my main concern — the extreme volatility pattern and fairness of the session — has gone unaddressed. I’ve clarified that I do not want a bonus or to continue play. I’ve asked for a refund or settlement to fairly close the case and permanently close my account. I have prepared documentation for Curaçao eGaming if needed, and will update this post based on whether Wild.io resolves this professionally.
