I've certainly gotten a lot of applications for my positions using Wizehire, and the ads they have you start with are pretty on target. The DISC+ profile is super helpful in the hiring process as well. Daily updates they provide are helpful, and there is guidance available for re-doing ads that are stale. Overall, I'm happy with my investment in Wizehire...now if I could only find people that want to work! ';)

Job posting is simple and most important for me, candidates are vetted and categorized. I don't even look at resumes that fail to meet certain criteria - saving me hours!
