Let’s start with the basics – we love dogs. And this love is what forms the foundation of Woofz. It’s what informs every decision we make as a team and as a business. Without love, we’d never be able to build the world’s first dog training app that’s 100% dog-centric.

Paid for what I was told was a few weeks of Woofz at a decent price. Paid an extra $9.99 for the PDF training guide. Never received it. Emailed customer support. At this point I’ve emailed customer support multiple times to get the guide. Wake up to another charge for $38.95 for a reoccurring subscription I never agreed too. No fine print, no click of a box. No receipt of subscription or payment was ever issues. Have contacted customer support for refund and haven’t heard back from any email in weeks. Stay away as your money will be sucked into a black hole.

Hey Brittany! We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and truly understand your frustration. That’s not the experience we want anyone to have with Woofz. Please rest assured that we do not hide our subscription terms — they are displayed clearly during the sign-up and payment process, including the auto-renewal policy and pricing. That said, we understand that unexpected charges are upsetting, especially when you haven’t received part of what you paid for, like the training guide. We’ve recently experienced a high volume of messages, which has caused delays, but we are actively working to improve our response times. Please email us again at [email protected] with the subject "Woofz.Review" and include the email address you used for your purchase — we’ll escalate your case to make sure it’s addressed as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience, and again, we’re truly sorry for the inconvenience caused.

I'm on Day One, and I already see a huge improvement in my ADHD girl. A straightforward step, but it gives you confidence as a human in this relationship to persevere.
