Julian was amazing! Every question and challenge we raised he had an answer for and was able to work it into our existing workflow. He was patient with the team and which our various levels of experience with Monday. I would for sure recommend him!

Working with Workflow Magic for the second time has completely changed the way we use Monday.com. We were already using Monday daily and had worked with Workflow Magic for our original Enterprise implementation, but after this second round, I can confidently say we increased the way we utilize the platform by 100%. The biggest reason for the second implementation was simple: data. We have a lot of it. As our company grew, I realized that some of the things I originally thought were important to track really weren't, while other pieces of data had become much more valuable. While I'm pretty fluent in Monday, I needed help taking all of that information and making it actually make sense, not only for me, but for my non-technical owner as well. They didn't just come in and build a few automations. They took the time to understand how we were actually using our data, where we were struggling, where we were overwhelmed, and what I ultimately wanted the system to accomplish long-term. We consolidated multiple boards into one scalable master structure, completely streamlined our calendar and testing workflow, and built automations that will take our 2026 timelines and help automatically build out our 2027 calendar. That alone eliminated a huge amount of manual work for me. We also created better client-specific permissions and much more viewer-friendly dashboards based directly on customer feedback. Our clients now see exactly what they need to see, while I can still track all the finer details behind the scenes within my master footprint. That balance was incredibly important to me. I also have to give a huge amount of credit to Max. He was absolutely incredible throughout this entire process—patient, responsive, knowledgeable and, most importantly, he listened. I threw a lot of "Okay, but can Monday do THIS?" questions his way. Somehow, he always found a way to make my ideas work, and when an idea didn't make sense, he explained why and showed me a better process flow. He truly took the time to understand our business instead of trying to fit us into a cookie-cutter system. Max was also incredibly responsive outside of our scheduled meetings when I emailed him for HELP! By the end of this project, everything finally felt connected. Every click is seamless. I'm not jumping between boards double-checking data or wondering if something updated correctly. Every board speaks to each other, which has made a huge difference in my daily workflow. Zein's leadership and commitment to this project also deserves recognition. I genuinely felt like our project mattered. The communication, follow-through, and commitment from both of them was incredible from start to finish. For me, the biggest difference is that Monday.com finally feels like it was built for our company instead of us constantly trying to make our company fit into Monday. We have better organization, better visibility, more automation, and significantly less manual work. Best of all, we now have a system that can continue to grow with us. If you're already using Monday.com and feel like you're only using a fraction of what it can actually do, Workflow Magic is absolutely worth the investment. Max and Zein, you guys truly rocked this project. Thank you so much!

Working with Nick at Workflow Magic was a gamechanger for our team as we don't have the capacity to build something from scratch and needed results quickly.
