Hello Khaled, I'm really sorry to read such slanderous reviews with absolutely no reason. I will go ahead and address your remarks one by one.
- Regular updates: Updates are processed every single day (https://worldpressit.com/worldpressit-changelog/) but they are not immediate, we are a GPL-license distributer with over 6,500 items and yes you need to be slightly tiny bit minimally patient with updates given the very small price you paid for a 6,500+ premium items access with no restriction. Do you think there's a reason you are the only customer in 5 years and over 100,000 users to complain about this? Or would you be open to considering that given the fact 1 (ONE) single item costs triple what you paid if bought directly, for ONE single year, costs triple what you have paid for 6,500 unlimited access? Do you think all (literally all) other users may think that's enough of a benefit and reason to be slightly patient?
- You utilize your membership fully to download over 30 premium items on our platform (https://ibb.co/x6jv0yQ). Combined, these items would have cost you approximately $6,000 to purchase directly (for one single year), and then you come here to slander our business and complain about updates pace? Honestly Khaled I sometimes wonder how people can even be bold enough to do this.
- Do you think there maybe is a reason that you are almost the only such reviewer complaining about such things? (And not even MENTIONING which items you'd like updated and don't even bother to contact support ask for them directly before coming here abusing our business).
- Do you think there's a reason we are the #1 GPL site in the world, ranking 1 for over 3 years in a row, beating #2 about 5X times in global web ratings? (https://ibb.co/8x0WGP5)
- Reviews: That is pure slander. We work tirelessly, very hard and diligently to provide you with the largest database of GPL items on the worldwide web, providing new items, updates, maintenance and support of the highest standard, work with our (sensible, respectful, reasonable) customer-base to provide them with the best experience possible - hence our reviews are 5-stars, since that's what (actual) people think of us, and what we deserve. Your venomous review won't change that and your slanderous accusations of "not genuine" reviews will be handled legally with TrustPilot.
