Ms. Olaibi was very professional and polite in our correspondence. She handled our issue very quickly and I hope to be lucky enough to address future issues with her.

An item in our order needed to be back-ordered and the customer service we received from Jumie Olaibi was exceptional. He/she kept us informed with updates to shipping & tracking. We are very pleased with the service received.

Sharon was quick to get me a quote and followed up to make sure everything looked ok on our end. The process was fast and efficient, and I was very impressed with how quickly my furniture arrived. It was exactly what I wanted and in perfect condition. I have already recommended this company to the rest of my school, and I will happily do business with them again.

AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE & WARRANTY SUPPORT Ten years ago, we ordered a National Public Seating double tier folding chair truck and 100 padded folding chairs from Worthington Direct. Both included a 10 year warranty, which we have needed to use. The chair truck sustained wear damage within a year of receiving it, and 16 of the chairs have recently become defective (in the 10th year) and broken at the hinge point (even though they have a 480 lb weight limit!). BOTH times I have communicated with Customer service about the warranty, they were extremely helpful and accommodating. The manufacturer fully covered the replacement of all broken items at no cost to us. Fantastic companies to deal with and if I need any products they sell in the future, I would not hesitate to order from them again. A+++ service!

We have worked with Jay Bueno for many years on various furniture purchases. I have nothing but good things to say and I will always be reaching out to Jay when I need to stock a classroom, lab space, or exhibit area.
