Customer service is amazing! I put in a request for a quote that was sent to them and had a response within an hour. Order was easily placed that day. Alisa was clear with instructions and follow through with our order. Amazing, particularly so in that we placed a very, very small order.

It was easy to find the items I was looking for.

Excellent products, but the shipping charges are outlandish. I ordered ONE table, and it costs nearly $300 to ship? I did it for the kids...

We appreciate what you did for the kids :) While we cannot always control freight rates, feel free to contact us prior to ordering and our team can check to see if there are alternative products that might ship from a closer location or have better rates.

Jumie did a great job of helping me with a damaged item. She made the process really easy, and I appreciate that!

Our ordered whiteboard was damaged in delivery, the company was quick to make restitution. We appreciate the service received and the no questions asked policy to rectify our situation. I would highly recommend Worthington Direct. Our school also appreciates that they are an approved vendor for state education funds.

Worthington Direct is my total one-stop shop for furniture. I love working with Worthington Direct; I’ve purchased 5 sets of tables to replace all tables in 5 libraries, and 7 sets of chairs to replace all seating in 7 libraries. I have always been thrilled with the quality and the prices. 4 of the chairs I have purchased in the last year had splits in the back; this is the first time I've had any issue with anything I have ordered from them. Worthington Direct has been quick to respond and replace the chairs.

Jumie and the team were absolutely fantastic. I had an issue with my order and they went above and beyond to resolve and ship a replacement, even though the original manufacturer did not honor the warranty. I highly recommend working with Worthington. It's rare you get this kind of human and personalized service online.

A conference table that we ordered arrived damaged. Our purchasing department reached out to Worthington's customer service and Jumie helped facilitate the replacement of the tabletop of the conference table. It has been a pleasure working with Jumie.
