I purchased a plugin for Gift Cards on my website from WP Swings and was having trouble getting it installed. (Not a website designer). Used the chat function and Gourabh was able to quickly and efficiently get my issue resolved. Really appreciate his patience with someone who isn't a web designer. Really great company. Highly recommend.
