I had an issue with a plugin (Points & Rewards for Woo Commerce) I bought from WP Swings and had to deal with it at the end of the day. I spoke with a customer service rep and he had my issue solved in under 10 minutes. I'm extremely pleased about this and look forward to working with them in the future.
