You dont get hired unless you are in the medical field and/or have a college degree. I have passed a recent federal criminal background check but cant get hired thru a babysitting service??? I ran my own in home childcare business for years and worked for a local Austin children's shelter plus a local YMCA. Just because someone has a college degree does not make them instantly safe around kids. Something seriously wrong with their requirements. They want your credit card info just to submit an app which right there is a red flag then reject your application. The app immediately stops functioning and you are left scrambling to find a way to force them to take your cc info off their system. The 888-449-9639 leaves you on hold indefinitely. I think scam!

I would give it negative stars if I could. Their app does not work, I would fill out all my info and it would still say my account was incomplete. Hardly any jobs in my area. Went to cancel my account before I got charged another month. They sent an email saying my “request to cancel” had been received…. And then continued to charge my account for two month. I have emailed support multiple times requesting my account to be cancelled. Last time I emailed them was Friday, let’s see if they respond after the long weekend 🙄 the business seems like a SCAM if you’re considering making an account, DON’T! You won’t get any jobs and they won’t let you cancel your account lol

DON’T DO IT!!!! Like many others have said, I tried this app, it didn’t work (no responses) tried to cancel the trial, and still tried to charge my card. Lucky me, I keep it locked. I would very much recommend that no one use this app.

Wyndy is a fraudulent company . By accident I clicked on a free trial and after seeing my mistake I quickly canceled the subscription and I deleted the app. However it was never cancelled because for months they kept charging my card over and over . I spoke to someone by email who promised to fix the issue and they never did .Be careful .

ABSOLUTE SAFETY FAILURE — Dangerous sitter and zero company accountability I am writing this as a severe warning to every single parent considering this app. Through Bambino, we hired a sitter named Attiyq Bano, who had seemingly perfect reviews. She proceeded to endanger my child through gross negligence. When my husband discovered this and asked her to leave, she escalated the situation dramatically. She began acting erratically, throwing food from our refrigerator and scattering toys across the house. When we insisted she leave, she fabricated a claim that my husband physically assaulted her. This led to my husband being wrongfully detained and forced to go to court. Thank God we had hidden security cameras inside our home. The moment the footage was presented, the false charges were dropped immediately. When I contacted Bambino to report this dangerous individual, their response was completely devoid of care or concern. Instead of taking immediate accountability or showing empathy for our family's safety, their team simply started spewing legal jargon to shield themselves. To my knowledge, this woman is still active on their platform. Bambino’s vetting process and reviews cannot be trusted. Their lack of accountability is astounding. I will never use this app again, and I urge every mother and father to look elsewhere for childcare. Your family's safety is not worth the risk.

I would give this a zero if possible. I signed up for a free monthlong trial, like many of the other people giving this a low rating. I canceled and requested account deletion after three weeks. My account is nonetheless still showing as active, several weeks later, and my credit card was charged 191 dollars! I am now fighting this scum company with my credit card company. Get your money back and don't let them pull the wool over your eyes!

Signed up for a trial membership. No way to sign into your account on the website - only on an Apple App. Android app doesn't work... Attempted to find a sitting and no responses. I requested to cancel my membership through the app. I got an e-mail that my account is getting deleted, and a link to check the status. A month later and they billed my credit card for almost $200 when their membership in $20 or so per month. I should've canceled my card, but now I have to fight it. Avoid this company!

I’m appalled. Due to a financial emergency, I have tried multiple times to contact support— for days— to cancel my membership as a sitter, through email, Instagram, and the website contact page, with no response. When I click the membership link on the website, nothing loads, and it returns you to the previous page. How convenient. If there was someone I can report them to, I would.
