One of the vouchers I bought wasn't delivered to my email. When I wrote to them, this is how they replied: Please be advised that your order is currently in a pending status due to security verification protocols. We are actively reviewing the details to ensure a secure transaction. We anticipate processing your order within the next 6–12 hours. Order ID: 31375572 I wrote to them on multiple channels and they barely respond even after 24 hours of placing the order and making the payment for the vouchers.

Was gifted a reward for this site. When I checked the balance, it says the value is $1. It should be $365 since I did not use the code. When I emailed support, they did not listen to my issue. They claimed I redeemed, but the dates were from June of 2024. They were clearly listed on the side. When I asked for more support, they just re-sent me codes for my 2024 purchases, that didn't even work or total to $365. Customer support is so automated that it doesn't help or consider what you're saying . Order Reference ID: 5076853

Edit: they replied to this review so they could look attentive but they have not done anything to resolve the problem! They are just hoping I go away at this point, but I won't. Screw this company. I recently tried to redeem two $10 PayPal gift cards through an app called MoneyWalk, which partners with Xoxoday for fulfillment. The app confirmed that rewards were processed and sent on May 19, 2025, and said I would receive an email from XoxoDay with the details, but I never received anything. I checked every folder in my inbox, spam, and trash; it's been weeks and I have not received it. I reached out to MoneyWalk who said that XoxoDay is taking a little longer than normal, but that I should receive the gift cards within 7 days max. I still haven't received anything and now MoneyWalk won't get back to me, they keep passing the buck to Xoxoday. I contacted XoXoDay customer service as well as their CEO, Sumit Khandelwal. Customer Service has now told me that Paypal vouchers are now "disabled". But my rewards were supposedly sent before the change took place. This experience has been very frustrating, with no clear resolution, no actual customer service, and no accountability. If you're a business or user relying on Xoxoday for digital fulfillment, I strongly recommend caution. If possible just avoid them at all costs.

Our company gifted some xoxoday gift voucher and I ordered an amazon gift card of Rs.7456 from xoxoday.com on 27th May 2025 at 1.40pm with voucher code DK9S-PX4ZPM-TAVR and activation PIN 6014875053649851. It was delivered to my official mail id. However at exactly 1.53pm the code was redeemed by somebody else as replied by xoxoday customer support. Within 13 mins money is gone. Guess who redeemed it!!! Anyway I have registered a case in Cybercrime portal and asked my company to reconsider this gift voucher options. After two months of follow up, now they are saying to file FIR in police station, which I did on day1 and mentioned here. Meanwhile I have few queries. 1. They say its e gift card and delivery is instant, then why it is taking 5 days and that too after lots of follow up. 2. If its e gift card, why in my case its physical card, then it can seen by anybody. 3. If it can be seen by somebody other than me, and he has a fake amazon account, he claims it just after it has been delivered to my mail id who will be responsible for it?

Order Reference ID: 31096733 This is the message I come across everytime I try to redeem my gift voucher, I wrote to their support but they couldn’t just fix the issue and this has been ongoing for days now. If you want your peace of mind, stay away from doing business with this company, very terrible.
