I have been dealing with Yaballe…
I have been dealing with Yaballe support for more than a week and the issue is still not resolved. I have 19 orders with a total product cost of around $248, but I already topped up more than $400+. Even after that, my orders are still showing as processing and I keep getting asked to add more balance. What is frustrating is that I still do not have proper Amazon order IDs, tracking updates, or clear delivery information for these orders. I asked support many times to manually check my account and explain where my money was used, but they keep sending similar replies and the same balance report. I do not want another generic answer. I just want a clear breakdown of my balance, the status of all my orders, and a proper resolution. So far, my experience with the support team has been very disappointing and stressful. I hope Yaballe takes this seriously and resolves my account properly.

I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with Yaballe’s auto-ordering service. I repeatedly topped up my account, but the balance kept becoming negative and I could not get a clear explanation of the charges. I asked support several times for a manual order-by-order reconciliation, including product costs, fees, refunds, tracking details, and proof of delivery. Instead, I kept receiving the same transaction information without a satisfactory explanation of how the negative balance was calculated. I have now requested cancellation of all pending/unfulfilled orders and applicable refunds. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend the service unless the billing and order reconciliation issues are resolved transparently.

The best dropshipping tool I've used worth every penny
I've been using Yaballe for a while now and it's genuinely one of the best investments I've made for my dropshipping business.
