I have been using Yaballe for 6 months to run my dropshipping business. I am not always the most technically savvy person, and have run into a few issues. Support has always been super prompt and efficient, and with great patience, always solved my problems. I give them 5 stars !

Hi Grady, Sorry this wasn’t the experience we aim for. We’ve reviewed your feedback internally, and while we did try to help, it’s clear it didn’t fully meet your expectations. One of our managers also reached out to you directly, and we’d be more than happy to take another look, help you get what you need, and give you the chance to try things again. If you prefer, you can reply directly to that message or reach us at [email protected] Thanks, The Yaballe Team

Pathetic support. I am having an issue in configuration of my account for past 1 week. No one is giving me a solution from your side. Every one of your agent is playing around just passing the time.

I use it to manage my 3 eBay stores and it's working smoothly. You should try it if you run a dropshipping store.
