good and responsive support, too bad they werent able to assist me on my concern but im partly to blame but they were still able to partly make up for it

After Hour Inquiry Quickly Addressed
I reached out with my inquiry after hours, so I received an email informing me of this. That was very helpful in preparing me to wait. Next day I received a follow up, with further instructions on how to address my issue, and YAY! my issue was solved by creating a new profile assigned to my YAMM account. Thank for your assistance. We just love the extension!!
