Purchased my first laser from Yorahome, the product, support, forum, as well as the community of like minded people are all, SPOT ON! Yorahome has enabled, educated, and maintains a standard of continuous learning, making this customer, feel like nothing is impossible, and they do that by sharing, communicating and supporting their customers 24/7. Never any wait times so my time is never wasted waiting for an answer. I can’t say enough good about this little company from Ohio👍

I changed my review from 5 to 1 and the only reason I gave them a 1 was because they don’t have a 0. Dingy wast your time don’t wast your money and don’t buy ANYTHING from yorahome.

Great customer service before and even after the sale. Jeremy K made me feel like I was important. While I was deciding on a machine to purchase I had questions which he answered in a extremely timely and professional manner and that level of service continued even after the sale. I am extremely pleased with yorahome and will continue to be a loyal yorahome customer.

The issue I had were small but can mean a lot for the maintenance of the equipment, Jim and company went beyond my expectations in resolving the issues.

I bought the 3018 pro. Had issues getting it to work correctly. I watched the video and asked customer service. Still after all of that the machine didn't work correctly. I am sending it back and paying a thirty five precent restocking fee and pay for shipping. Yorahome I'd not taking responsibility for the shipping or restocking. So there is no satisfaction guarantee

Had an issue with my laser and they were right on top of it. They pointed me to the problem right away. Outstanding support every time.
