I have a 3018 YoraHome Pro CNC Router. I also purchased the 3036 upgrade at the same time but waited to install it. When I did weeks later one of the linear bearings fell apart, but I'm glad to say that they were great about getting a replacement sent to me.

Recived my cnc 3036 drag chain today, have it installed with no poblems. Since i do mostly carving , it great hlp in keeping the wires from hooking into the clamps, causing disconnect for spindle. This 3036 is the best machine i have purchased in my 77 years, i m a wood craftman/hobbist. thanks to the YAROHOME team.

Always had superb customer service from this company, from both the UK and USA. Latest was yesterday, I managed to break one of the motors by being a bit heavy handed whilst servicing the unit. Ordered a replacement part yesterday late morning and it arrived less that 24hrs later. (UK to UK). Outstanding level of service like this allows my business to minimise downtown and increase productivity (would be even higher if I didn’t break things in the first place I suppose). Seriously I cannot recommend this company or it’s products highly enough. Thank you.
