The laser was easy to assemble. Fun to use with alot of learning. To get the best results. Over all pretty easy plug and play. Need more instructions on prepping photos paper method rather than online. Very happy wit purchase.

I have put together my laser engraver but still cannot find the comport selection under devices on my laptop. I even went and bought a new HP laptop. I have the laser engraver on a counter top I build just for it but am not sure I’ll get an internet signal in my out building. So my question is, if I can’t get the laser engraver to work can I return it? Thank you

Hello Steven, Yes, you can return it. But, it will be in accordance with our return policy. With that being said, this shouldn't happen. First, because it is a simple issue to fix. Second, we have an entire structure (helpdesk, 1-on-1 video support, Facebook group, manuals, etc.) built that can help with any questions you may have to setup and start using your machine effectively. We are dedicated to make ALL our customers happy. Great customer service is our #1 priority. When you have a moment today, please reach out to [email protected] or call us at 833-541-5997 so we can help you out ASAP. Thanks

Update: I did receive a replacement laser from Yorahome in a very timely manner thanks to Jeremy and his staff. I have the machine put together but haven't had a chance to try it, I'm looking forward to learning more about the art of laser craft! Original: I haven’t received my laser yet but the shipping time is extremely slow, literally it feels like my laser is on a slow boat from China! Just beware that shipping can take a month or longer because of the shipping company.

Hi Dale, Thank you for taking the time out to provide us with this feedback, although I'm sorry to hear that you've had this negative experience with our shipping partners and our service. This is a very rare issue and certainly not the experience we want for our customers and we want to make this right. Most of our orders are shipped and delivered within 1-10 business days with reputable express companies. If you don't receive any delivery within the next 72 hours, please reach out to [email protected] or call us at 833-541-5997. If needed, we will ship another package to you from our US warehouse. Thanks

YoraHome is a great company to work with. There products are top of the line consumer grade. I have 3 of the products and love them all from the 40w Co2 laser, the 6550 15w laser, and Creality Ender3 v2. The Support this company is great and a lot of companies could learn a lot from there support model. Then add the online community that is full of helpful information and willing to give their knowledge for free makes this a great company to work with. I highly recommend them for your next purchase
