Still haven’t even got to use my…
Still haven’t even got to use my machine. In the process of sending it back. Having a hard time getting to upload to my computer. Customer service tells me to go to Facebook to learn how to set up and us it. No help at all. Thought it was a easy system to us and set up but that was not the case. Especially not happy that you advertises 40 day money back guaranteed. But never mentioned there is a 35% restocking fee. I would of never order from you. Not happy not telling my friends or family about this company and will mention this on social media.

My acrylic sheets are broken
My acrylic sheets are broken. Have yet to receive my new ones. Still haven’t turned on my machine. So I really can’t say much about the unit itself.
