So far so good. Easy to find the one I think she will like. Process was easy. Now if shipping and receiving is as good? Hopefully easy assembly.

Hi Kathy, so glad she's going to love it! We'll do our best to make the shipping and delivery experience just as smooth. And hang tight on the assembly, it's more straightforward than it looks!

Ordered the greenhouse on March 8th. I was told there was a 2-3 week shipping time. It took about 3 weeks to get into the United States. FEDEX shipment went to Memphis where it was immediately placed on a customs hold because the manufacturer had not supplied the required customs forms. I contacted support right away and called every day for over a week to see if they had supplied the information. FEDEX called me everyday with an update waiting for the proper paperwork. Today I was informed that FEDEX would be processing the product for return if they don't have the information by tomorrow. I suggest everyone read the comments on their Facebook advertisements. Apparently timely shipping is another issue they have. Update the reply by the manufacturer below is a lie. Federal Express processed my package for return to shipper this morning. Now I'm going to have to file a scam report with my bank to get my money back. Hopefully somebody at that company goes to jail. Update After I wrote this review the company your greenhouses.com reached out to me to explain that the problem was between Federal Express and the United States custom service and it was out of their control. They did refund me my money and the transaction was very polite and non-confrontational. Given that the problem was not with this company I probably would do business with them again

Hello R Miner, Thank you for sharing your experience and we sincerely apologize for the frustration this caused. You were right to expect better communication throughout this process. To provide some context — FedEx implemented new customs documentation requirements in April that affected shipments in transit. As soon as we were made aware of the hold on your order, our team submitted the required paperwork and the tracking now reflects that. Your greenhouse is currently on its way and expected to reach you within 3 to 4 business days. We understand this is not the experience you signed up for and we take full responsibility for ensuring this does not happen again. Our team has already been in touch with you directly and we are monitoring your shipment through to delivery. We appreciate your patience and hope the greenhouse is everything you expected once it arrives. - YourGreenHouses Team

I love my greenhouse so far. It is super stable and functional. I do think the instructions were a bit confusing and I may have built it slightly wrong. For example I never got the pop up window to work and now it's just a flimsy window I hold down with the weight of a brick. So better instructions would be great. All the materials are really durable and nice, except the handles, but their customer service is really amazing, which is huge in my opinion for product selection, and they have sent me new handles. Also they were available throughout the build process whenever I had a question.

Hi Kelly, thank you for the lovely review! Really glad to hear the greenhouse is stable and that our team was there for you throughout the build. We're sorry the pop-up window gave you trouble and that the instructions weren't as clear as they should be. That's feedback we're actively working on.
