Delivery was quick & problem free. My two yorkies love the supplement and look forward to it each day. One of my yorkie had surgery on both hind legs. His legs would stiffen in the middle of the night causing him much pain and distress. This has not happened since using YuMove. We are so grateful and relieved to find a supplement that is effective.

Order was placed 8/17, did not receive notice that it was shipped until 8/21. My last order took two weeks between ordering and receiving. Plan ahead and order before you run out. Product is great when you get it.

Hi Karissa, thank you for your review. Our warehouse is closed on weekends which is why your order did not ship out till the 21st. Orders take 24-48 business hours to ship out and an additional 5-7 business days to deliver! A Pet Care Consultant will be in touch shortly! Kind regards, Dianivette

I am still waiting for my order to be delivered, not happy about that. I wish I could have gotten to the veterinarians office, but they have crazy hours and not a easy process to get products from them 😕 and this company is not very good at giving details on orders. I am hoping to be able to give more stars in the future. But I had to switch to a different product, because I can only get the Advance 360 from my veterinarian, who is hard to get to!! My dog has done better with the joint care, I am Praying that what I ordered will help him as well...

Hi Kathy, thanks for updating your review. I'm sorry to hear that your vet's office is difficult to access. I have checked the tracking on your current order, and it is scheduled to be delivered on Monday, which is in our 5-7 business day window. Please let us know if we can be of any further assistance. Kind regards, Nitchel.
