Website states orders are shipped the next day. I placed my order before noon on Thursday 12/22. Got an email at 1pm 12/27 that it is being shipped and I can expect it in 3-5 days. Tracking says it still hasn’t left and theres no info yet. There’s no reason why this couldn’t have gone out Friday 12/23. My dog is in a LOT of pain and it doesn’t look like I’ll get this till the end of the week if I’m lucky, when it could’ve been here today if it was shipped the next day as advertised.

Hi Alicia, thank you for your review and I'm sorry to hear that you're disappointed with our shipping process. Your shipment is leaving the warehouse at this time due to the fact that our warehouse employees took holiday time to be with their families during Christmas. We are also not open on national holidays, which brings your order to shipping out today. I can see that this is your first time ordering with us so I do want to ensure that outside of holiday hours, orders leave our warehouse within 2 business days. I hope that you'll take this information into consideration and give us a chance at changing your dog's life for the better moving forward. Kind regards, Chelsea

This is the best company I have ever dealt with…….by far!! One of our (rescued) dogs was showing signs of arthritis, so ordered the chews. After I received them, YuMove sent me a short review to answer, but unfortunately my dog had to be P.T.S just before they arrived. ( he started taking seizures, possibly brought on by an undetected brain tumour) I told YuMove that I couldn’t give a review, and after hearing the story, they gave me a full refund AND told me to keep them❤️Not many companies nowadays would even think of this wonderful, heart rendering gesture.
