hi there. we completely understand your frustration, especially as a new business owner trying to get everything perfect for your launch. feeling like the final logo didn't match your expectations and dealing with a timeline issue is incredibly stressful. our management team takes this very seriously and we need to review exactly what happened with your rush shipping and the final design execution. our support team has just reached out to u directly via email, so please check your inbox. if u could reply to that thread with photos of the sign, our team can investigate this thoroughly and work on a proper resolution with u.
