My order didn’t arrive on time even after the extra $75 for prioritizing the earlier delivery. My logo didn’t look nothing like I ordered. I do believe that some customers have a great experience, unfortunately I did not. As a new business owner I understand how important this review is so my honesty experience wasn’t what I expected but again I believe they try to do what they can. As I write this is impossible not to get emotionally frustrated due to the fact that I beg them to be transparent, all I want is to my logo look like what I had ordered. God bless your guys.

The light is way too bright and over powers the Picture Cant even see the picture it was built around when the light is on. Even when I turn the light on its lowest setting it washes out the whole picture. I feel like it was a total waste of time and money. Even the free table tops They are all washed out. Looks like they were sitting out in the sun for a very long time. Very disapointed. I would not recomend. And to add to the whole thing I keep getting emails about a new order. Tell us your idea Not interested and more so now after receiving the sign I had you make up for me. It looked awesome when you shared the photo of how it wold look. It5s a shame. I wanted to use this sign in my podcast and now I cant. This sucks.

The color is not what I described and didn’t realize the AI mockup would be the color. There could have been more clarification that the mockup is what you get even if you describe the color to be bright LED. Now I have a yellow sign in a dark expensive room and wall. Makes it look cheap and distasteful.

hi there. we completely hear your concerns about the color not giving the vibe u wanted for your room. just to clarify, our production team always builds strictly based on the exact final mockup that is approved beforehand. however, we definitely want to look into this with u! our support team has actually already sent u an email, so please check your inbox. if u could reply to that thread with some photos of the sign lit up on your wall, our team can see exactly how the lighting is interacting with your space and help figure out the best next steps!

I have a sign that I did not order. The face complexion makes us look like zombies. When I turn on the light and look at the sign, you can't see the faces. What good is the sign if you can't see the faces when the lights are on?

hi there. i totally hear your concerns about the face complexions and the visibility when the sign is turned on. our support team actually just sent u an email to look into this, so please check your inbox! we definitely need to see exactly how the led lights are interacting with the printed backing, so if u could reply to that email (or shoot a new one to [email protected]) with a few photos of the sign both lit up and turned off, that would be super helpful. once we get those pics, our production team can dive in and investigate exactly what’s going on here!

I've been dealing with this company now for over 3 months to order a sign. Placing blame where it belongs, I did go on vacation for 2 weeks at which point I advise them I'd be away and couldn't place the order. However, everyday after that has been a struggle with getting them to either reply or respond via call. If you're expecting any kind of customer service from this company good luck. I have received texts apologizing for the delays and late responses and to those texts I've replied to please call me as I have questions about specific details and designs for my sign yet for weeks, not a call. There's many choices out there Choose Wisely

Hello Zanvis Customer Support, I’m writing regarding the neon sign I received yesterday. Unfortunately, after reviewing the finished product, I’m dissatisfied with the result, and I have attached photos that clearly illustrate the issue. When I placed the order, I was advised that certain words in the design would not be illuminated in neon. I understood and accepted that limitation. However, I was specifically assured that those letters would still remain visible and readable when the sign was illuminated. Unfortunately, that is not the case with the sign I received. As the attached photographs demonstrate, once the sign is illuminated, the letters in question are essentially impossible to read. This significantly affects the appearance, legibility, and intended use of the sign. I relied on the representation that these letters would remain visible when illuminated when I approved the design and proceeded with the purchase. The finished product does not appear to conform to that representation. I would appreciate it if you could review the photographs and let me know what Zanvis can do to correct this situation. I am hopeful that we can find a reasonable solution, whether that involves modifying or replacing the sign or another appropriate remedy. I have been very pleased with Zanvis and would much prefer to resolve this directly and amicably. Please let me know what options are available. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter- I have photos too that verify my situation Mike

Hi Mike, First off, we completely understand your initial frustration. Because our standard LED neon signs feature a clean design where illumination focuses outward from the front face, expecting light to spill backward against the wall can sometimes cause a bit of a surprise upon unboxing, and we completely empathize with that! As soon as our production and design managers reviewed your photos against the original mockup you approved, our support team immediately reached out via email to walk you through the details and talk through your options. We are fully committed to making sure you're taken care of, and since our team is actively working with you in your inbox, we would be incredibly grateful if you could consider removing your public comment while we sort this out together through our support thread. Thanks for working with us, Mike—we've got your back and we'll make sure this gets resolved the right way!

The mock up design in "a well lit environment " did not translate well to a real world environment. The final product came out colorless and bland. Basically an acrylic picture with a neon border. Waste of money.

We construct every sign using premium, heavy-duty thick acrylic and top-tier LEDs—matching the exact same quality standards as major global brands. It sounds like there was a mismatch between expectations and how modern LED neon signs perform, as our materials are built for maximum durability and crisp visual output. For context, neon signs naturally deliver their most striking, vibrant glow in dark settings or under soft ambient lighting—that is where the colors truly come alive and pop against your wall! Also, make sure to test your included remote at 100% full brightness, then adjust the dimmer levels gradually until you find the exact lighting balance you want for your space. We want to make sure you're taken care of. Please email our Support & Warranty team directly at [email protected] with your Order ID and photos of your sign so we can inspect your setup!
