ZenCall is a browser-based calling tool for small sales teams, cold calling agencies, and appointment setters who make a lot of outbound calls.Upload a list of contacts, start a dial session, and ZenCall works through the list for you. Every call is logged with its outcome, calls can be recorded and transcribed on demand, and team reporting shows who is dialing and what they are booking. Inbound calls, call forwarding, and spam detection are included, so a team can run its whole phone setup from one place.Pricing is simple. The power dialer is $19 per month for the whole team with no per-seat fees. Calls to the US and Canada are billed at $0.02 per minute from a shared credit pool, with no bundled minutes and no annual contract. I use ZenCall to call international clients, and it’s been working flawlessly. I like that I can buy credits as I need them instead of paying a monthly fee. It’s perfect for freelancers like me who don’t make calls every day but need a professional tool when they do.
