I ordered the first box and then…
I ordered the first box and then canceled. It sent me a second box. When I looked at my account it said it was canceled. Yet I still got charged $43??? No one is answering the phone so I guess I’m going to dispute it with my credit card company. So scammy.

As we mentioned, no one answered the phone because you called us on the weekend during our off-hours. I also checked and saw that we never got a record that you cancelled your subscription.
