I use Zendesk Suite, I've set auto-replies, I use Generative AI, and I use the call and chat features. Zendesk has features that mean everything will be done by itself, and it helps you to grow your business. Best experience.

a customer support company with no customer support. Got logged out of my account and there's no fvcking way to get back cause they have no support whatsoever.
