This is the best pho
This is the best pho! It gas everything in it including dumplings, pork, chicken, green onions, bok choi, bean sprouts and rice noodles. The broth is delicious. ZMy only objection is the use of stryrofoam to keep the noodles warm. This is unnecessary as most people eat the pho when they get home (take out) and it it goes into the fridge, the noodles get very hard no matter what container it is put in. A cardboard take-out container would work just as well and be better for the environment.
