Placed an order on the 10th, received part of it on the 15th, still have not received the rest on the 17th. The race is coming up on the 5th. Hope it arrives in time to program.

Great customer service in helping me choose the scanner for me. No pressure to buy. Gave me options I understood. Once I paid for the scanner it was shipped lighting fast. when I received the scanner it worked right out of the box with the pre programming I chose. My Whistler TRX-1 was shipped promptly, have not used their technical assistance so far. So more later but reading reports they are very good on providing assistance to new owners.
