I can never get into my unit without using the RV storage entrance because the keypad to get into the front of the building at the Trinity, NC location has been broken since July. They said that they'd have someone go out and fix it, but as of today, nothing's been done. I get that their prices are low. But if I can't access my unit, what's the point of renting the unit in the first place? I recommend U-Haul UBox instead of these dead-beats.

The electronic system is glitchy and the location for which I have continues to increase in cost but trash and bugs can easily raid my storage areas.
