Great way to gain patient experience for those wanting to go into healthcare/mental health care

First of all, this platform gave me so much. I've joined 7cups just some time ago due to a tons of academic pressure and wanted to work on something new but also didn't want to leave my comfort zone, which was related to psychology. That's when I coincidentally came to know about this amazing platform from my friend. I've joined as a listener. Started listening individuals and tried providing them a place where they could open up freely. Started learning from 7cups academic trainings, without spending a single amount of money because it was free of cost. Also became a verified listener within this short duration of time. It's an amazing platform and I still have a long way to go.

My god, i cant imagine my life without 7 cups. it helped me so much when I was going through a tough period in my life. i cant express my gratitude enough. to the creators and all the volunteers of this beautiful platform, u deserve so much love and all the happiness in the world.

Two years ago, I decided to engage in volunteer work, spurred by my past experience as a member on 7Cups. During my younger days, a volunteer opportunity message caught my attention, drawing me back to the platform. Mental health and supporting others held great significance for me, and the prospect of flexibility and the convenience of working from home on my couch were strong motivators. As I delved into the training, I was surprised by the valuable skills it imparted, particularly in active listening—skills I hadn't encountered in my 12 years of formal education. Further training, such as the Searching Soul, marked a turning point in my journey, providing profound insights that reshaped my life. The course had a significant impact, making me more self-aware of my thoughts, feelings, values, and the world around me. It became a catalyst for decision-making, influencing choices that I would have never considered without immersing myself in the 7Cups lifestyle. In the end, 7Cups turned out to be more beneficial to me than I could have imagined contributing to it. Big love to everyone in this wonderful community! ❤️

Becoming a verified listener was very important for me. I wanted to help members to feel more in confidence when they are chatting with me. This new badge really helps. Thank you to all the team, it was really nice to take the quiz with them.

Excellent app i have been using it since 2020. I learned to listen to people more than i have ever been before. You also find people to listen to you without judgement. i just recently became a verified listener and i can’t be more grateful :)
