If you are looking to be heard, I recommend connecting to a listener on 7 Cups. Unlike most popular sites, 7 Cups does not ask you to pay to access more features with the exception of therapy of course.

I love 7 Cups. My therapist has helped me quite a bit and she is always there for me. I check in with her each day. The community is also good. You find other people that are going through what you are going through and you help one another through the ups and the downs.
