7 Cups is such a nice community! I feel like people genuinely care about me and want me to do well. There are many leadership responsibilities and I feel like it is easy to learn more about yourself and make a difference.

7cups is the best site when you want to just cry and pour all the frustrations and past memories and heartache out and talk about it, it is good for both Members and Listeners it also a great platform if you plan to go into people associated work but also you get to listen and learn from the members.

I have been on 7cups for about 2 years now and have been a listener for a year, it's an amazing site it allows me to seek help in between therapy sessions and helped me confirm my suspicions that I needed help. The listener side gives me experience helping others and has made me add psychology to my list of possible career choices. I do feel as though there are some issues with the security aspect of the site. I have had members who I reported via my listener account for being inappropriate create a new account and find me. If that only happened once or twice I would call it a fluke but it has happened many times. I also feel as though verified listeners should be randomly or secretly evaluated because I have had some chats with "verified" listeners that were more harmful than helpful. Overall I think this site is amazing but there are some improvements that could be made to make it as safe as possible.
