I really enjoy being a listener because I can both help out people and make myself a better person by learning through their programs provided for improving our mental health.

The app has too many mods, not helping anyone. I've seen both racist and sexist tirades go on by spammers for hours, and just now saw a genuinely distressed person, whose turn it was to share, kicked very uncaringly from the chat because they said "they wish they could commit suicide because of what's happening but they wouldn't do it". It's basically the wild west depressed people, with sheriffs who don't police anyone but the people they're there to help.
