Personally for me 7 cups has been a life changing site, the listener out here have helped me out so many times and i can never be thankful enough. And also I have been serving as a listener myself as well and it's been a great journey here. Understanding people and gaining the attiude of empathy has been my biggest learning from here.

7 Cups is an amazing site for anyone who just wants to talk. When I first became a listener, I was immediately introduced to so many great people who really helped me with my journey :) Overall, being a listener has been a great experience and I love being able to help others! I would definitely recommend this site to people who are struggling and people looking to uplift others :)

I was a listener for over 4 years, attained Exemplar level and loved every second of it. It helped me grow on so many levels and for that i am truly grateful. Helping your fellow human being in their time of need has no better feeling. However, I requested my profile to be deleted, in error due to personal circumstancs. When i realised my error, i immediately contacted them. I was informed it would resolved and my profile reinstated. This was months ago and still nothing. My review is of the customer service aspect. Not 7 cups in general who I would reccomend to anyone.
