7 Cups is a community where people feel comfortable sharing their stories and giving support. There are many great listeners on there who are willing to support the members and each other. You can always see encouraging words on the site every day. I really enjoy being a part of this community!

7 cups has been a major part of my healing journey ! I have loads to say but I will keep it short. Like any other social media you'll be able to find unkind people here as well. But I Didn't let that discourage me. And I have found loads and loads of beautiful people who have helped me through this healing process. I knew how much kind words and support can mean so I decided to give back to the community. I have been a listener here now for over a year and recently got verified. I wouldn't have survived the lockdown without 7 cups ! And now I intent to be suport for many here.

7 Cups is a wonderful place, filled with people who are compassionate and empathetic. I've had great experiences with being able to chat with listeners as a member, and equally great experiences being able to listen on the listener side! I'm really grateful that this website exists for folks like myself to be able to just talk about what's on our minds, and also be able to help others with what's on theirs.

This app is such a beautiful healthy place ! I'm so glad mental health is now more than ever valued and 7 cups is a sign of it ! Although not all listeners are certified psychologists , active listening is actually the skill that dominates 7 cups and it's so crucial to make someone feel heard and seen!!! The mentors are amazing and there are several programs and the app has become more structured.

I think 7cups is amazing! I highly recommend 7cups if you're looking to talk about your problems. Or if you're looking to listen to people talk about their problems. It has some really wonderful volunteer listeners. The website itself has a lot of great features. Because the website has great features, it encourages the best volunteers to volunteer their time on 7cups rather than for any other websites that might provide a similar service.
