7 cups is a very beautiful community and i believe it has the power to at least make someone's life a little bit happier. Living in this community has changed how i see my life and moreover have learned how to help and support people properly.

They have listeners all over the world speaking a wide variety of languages. And if you end up in a conversation that isn’t going well for you, you can simply end it and connect with a new listener.

I was connected with a listener, I've requested the same listener both times, and it was very helpful .I have never been to therapy before and was a little intimidated about the idea of therapy. 7 cups lets you just talk to peers if that 's all you want. You don't have to do the therapy It's a huge community of people who want to help each other.

7cups has a lot of great people and is doing a lot to reach out to those who are struggling with mental health issues. It has raise awareness for mental health and has cool events for everyone, I think 7cups has really helped me see that I'm not the only one going through chalenges, but that so many people are too. To be fair there are some bad listeners and trolling members, but 7cups does all it can to eliminate these issues, and if something happens you can always speak with someone else. It's also very confidental, and you can speak you mind without anyone knowing you in real life. I'm proud to be a verified listener (a role that shows I took a test and did somethings to prove that I'm a quality listener) and a member of 7cups.
