My first review was not so good but I received a personal phone call to discuss why I rated the way I did. After and excellent conversation with a very personal touch I understood the process much better. The "Extra Mile" was fantastic.

I'm not sure if this business is legitimate. If all they did is completed the form 9465 for me for $97.00, then this is a scam. I could have done that myself. They had also asked for my pin number when I entrered my debit card. Now I'm really worried!!! I can not verify the legitimacy of this business through BBB due to lack of history. I am going to call my bank to dispute this transaction. Wish me luck. The photo of thier business looks like thier home.
