We're sorry for the frustration, this is not the experience we want for you. We mail your completed application via USPS with tracking emailed within 24 hours of your order, but delivery timing after that is handled by USPS. Good news: you can begin making your payments to the IRS immediately, you don't need to wait for the package to arrive to start. Please email [email protected] and we'll send a digital copy right away and look into the tracking on our end.

I Have not heard anything about the 199.00 that I SENT AND I VERY UPSET. I FEEL LIKE MY MONEY WAS STOLEN 😭😭😭😭😭.I DON'T HAVE MONEY TO GAVE AWAY.
Reply from 97tax.comJul 21, 2026
We're sorry to hear you're upset, Angela, and we understand how stressful this feels. To be clear, your $199 payment was for 97tax's service of preparing and mailing your IRS payment plan application, not a payment to the IRS itself. Our records show the package was returned to sender, likely due to an address issue. Please email [email protected] so we can verify your mailing address and get this resent or emailed to you right away.

Cindy, we're sorry for the frustration and the delay in hearing back from us on email, that's not the experience we want. To clarify, our records show your package is on the way, and we haven't been able to locate an email from the address on your order, which is why a reply may have been missed. The signup process being quick and easy is great to hear. Please reach out to [email protected] again so we can track this down and make sure you're taken care of.

We're sorry for the frustration, Tony, and understand how concerning it is not to have an update by the date you were expecting. Our USPS tracking shows your package is on the way. We respond to emails within 24 hours, if you haven't heard back, please try [email protected] again and we'll get you a digital copy of your application right away so you're not stuck waiting on the mail.
