Wish I'd read the reviews first, but my experience turned out to be ok. Bought a framing hammer, and it did show up undamaged. My only complaint is that it took a while to ship and arrived a week late, but that could be on usps's part. It a fair bit cheaper here than on other sites. Four stars

Although I read negative Reviews here in TrustPilot in regards to ACME TOOLS.. Did try Amazon,& other Major retailers including HomeDepot , Lowes .. I gave my 1st purchase to ACME and literally found DeWalt promotion $75 ., which No others had ! Got the DeWalt Table Saw 10” on time , assemble it and tried the saw ! Amazingly.. Didn’t regret anything! I Give Acme 4 stars !

Great prices with average customer service. I think that sums in up in a nutshell. Don't expect a lot of tech support or anything else beyond the item you order. But that's how they keep prices down.
