Mir war der Stick heruntergefallen und gebrochen, der zweite Stick ebenso und an exakt der selben Stelle gebrochen. Habe es dem Unternehmen mitgeteilt und problemlos einen neuen Stick ersetzt bekommen. Bin total begeistert und kann es nur empfehlen.

Der AC Stick ist eine gutes Gerät für die Ausbildung. Ich bin mit dem Gerät so wie mit der Firma sehr zu frieden. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und auch sehr hilfsbereit.

Had a problem with the stim control. Power seemed too high but did not work at all on level 1. I was contacted by Avi Cohen and he instructed me in how to test the unit. It was determined that one of the two sticks provided was faulty. The other one tested fine, so a replacement is being sent to me. Service was prompt and courteous. Would love to have this type of response from all manufacturers I do business with.
