This company is not to be trusted. They sell products and then you are on your own. I purchased a Mitsubishi Mini-Split from them 12000 BTU unit. It has never worked right. I have called them twice for help and they have given me 2 bogus phone numbers - one was number for a marketing scam - the second was some kind of number for an IT tech support service. They can't answer the simplest of customer service questions about this product. They claim to have no technical support person to talk to and you can't buy parts from them. Warranty has to go through someone else other than Sylvane which is another nightmare. This is not the company to buy from. Buyer beware.

Product is exactly what is described and functions perfectly.

I have looked everywhere for a mesh filter for a new ac by AprilAire, finally Sylvane was the only site that have one. Never heard of Sylvane but I'm glad I found it.
