We booked back in Dec '21. Had to cancel due to covid... should have been smarter and gotten my refund back then. They begged and asked me to take a matching credit -- too much to hope. Its been three weeks of back and forth, Max / Victor 'confirmed' that they would book with a fare difference of $600 after a 50% credit from the original price... only to come back six days later asking for another $200. So unfortunate... they lost a customer for $200. Is that business sense?

I worked with Mustkeem he worked very hard to get the best deal and also in my case of cancellation he worked with several team members to get me alternative flight tickets.

Not sure how there are so many good reviews of this travel agency. I had a terrible experience where they asked me to pay $1500 as part payment for a round trip purchase for a given itinerary. I sent the money to them and then they kept delaying the confirmation saying they are yet to hear from the airline. After a day they came back saying the airline (Delta) did not confirm that itinerary and gave another itinerary, which was worse but I still agreed . Two days of no confirmation and they said they couldn't book that also. I asked them to refund my money and they have not yet done so. It has been 2 days already and they are just holding on to it. Unless you want to lose your money, DO NOT PAY them any advance until they give you a confirmed booking. There are 3 people Mustkeem (the agent who has responded to all my calls and has made the booking), Danish (who only contacts you when you need to pay and goes silent when they need to pay), and their owner (Sam? who comes up with arbitrary rules about company policy where they can only issue a check and not pay back through Zelle, and has not issues a check even after 2 days). I have yet to receive any confirmation of refund. I will be taking this issue with law enforcement as Fraud. Please beware.
