Excellent Customer Service and Satisfaction I booked my tickets thru AIRTRIPMAKER and had a wonderful experience with them throughout. Even when I had to extend the trip and change my tickets, they helped me quickly to make this change even though I was overseas. Agent helped me on this and he moved things quickly as well as gave me good rates on the flight as well. I am so impressed that I have been recommending him to my friends and family as well.

I started using Airtrip maker from last year. The prices are generally the low compared with others and the best part is Airtrp maker agents are really knowledgeable and well trained. Alex helped me with multiple bookings in the last year, he is one of the best travel agents i came across.. Knowledgeable, punctual and perhaps the only one who does post sale support! Great Job!

Worst experience.stay away! Ridiculous We booked thru this agent round trip USA to India. The agent (Rajneesh) gave us an itinerary thru Frankfurt from USA to Indian and via Frankfurt and Munich from India to USA. We asked the agent multiple times the need for schengan visa and the agent was very confident and said schengan visa is not required since we had Visa stamping and booked us tickets. While flying from USA to Indian there was no problem since we had just one stop over at Frankfurt, but when we tried to board the plane from India, we were denied, since there were two stop overs in Europe and a schengan was needed. When we contacted the agent (Mike), he was not at all helpful, and said they are not responsible , and sounded so rude in the chat. Finally we ended up staying back in India and booked thru another agent.our total loss because of this was 2000$.wasted our time and energy and left stranded early morning. So, pls stay away from these guys. They are really inefficient and not customer friendly

If I could do 0 stars I would. Stay away from them. They are liars all they want is your money. After you pay them they will ignore your calls if you have any problems. They will hang up on you. Everyone working for this company is terrible especially sunny. They call their customers stupid and dumb. I never write reviews but I had to for this company because they're stealing people's money. STAY AWAY FROM THEM

people please be aware of this airline service. agents who ever in this are the dumbest, they dont know how to treat the customers and they will cheat the innocent customers. i faced a very bad experience with these agents. if you want to have a peace of mind with travel, ignore this airtripmaker site as spam. what ever i faced the situation with these dumbest agents, other should not face .. specifically ‘Mahi’ , ‘Andy’ and Paras. Literally they luted my $1400 . They are stealers.

Very unprofessional. They do not respond to your emails after booking the tickets, Very painful to change the tickets that too with atrocious cancellation fees. Better to book with other travel agent or directly with the airline Not worth booking with them. You cannot get hold of them in case of emergency and you have to forego your tickets. That is how they make money. Very very bad experience. Not going to book tickets with them.
