I will be 91 in September and for 70 of those years I have had a lot of dealings with many Companies, and I can unequivocally say to you that I have never had as good of an experience as I had with the employees that I dealt with, and I spoke to at least 5 or 6 in different departments, and each and every one of them went out of their way to assist me. Nicole, in particular, went far and above the line of duty, staying 30 minutes past the time for her to leave [which I was not aware of at the time] and called me back the next morning and was just as cheerful and helpful as could be. Patrick was also very helpful as well. I have to reiterate, all that I spoke with were as well but those are the only two names I jotted down. All were very patient, kind and did not rush through helping me. CONGRATULATIONS on your ability to hire the best employees!
