Great Customer Service!

I purchased the Cozy, Calming Blanket for each of my dachshunds. They both seemed to be attracted to their new blankets right away (are they infused with “dog nip” or something?). There is plenty of contented snuggling going on in our home. It makes me happy to see them so responsive and secure, and so cute nestled in their new blankets.

Horribly wasteful company. Instead of providing replacement treads for the ramps (as they do the modified cat scratchers), you have to purchase an entire new ramp. Expensive very, very wasteful. After an exchange with an absolute moron in customer service, I highly recommend finding another ramp. 🙄

Alpha Paw customer service support was excellent. My initial dog bed was lost in transit, and Alpha Paw immediately reshipped a replacement dog bed. They quickly responded to my email inquiries.

my dogs love the ramp, they never jump off the couch anymore at all. the only thing i think it needs is bumper pads on the end rails to protect someone from stumping a toe. we used a black noodle slit then it snapped right on across the bottom.

The restocking fee is either a flat $20, which is a lot depending on the dollar amount of your purchase, or it's a large percentage of your purchase price. I purchased a dog bed for $40, after using a coupon. They were happy to take the bed back, but only after charging a $20 restocking fee. They claim to be transparent about their restocking fee, but while the website indicates that there is a fee, it doesn't list the fee or tell you how it's calculated. Even after asking via email about the fee, they won't tell me what the fee is. I wouldn't shop with them again.

I have ordered a number of blankets! Different sizes and styles and they are all great! They have also been so accommodating with any questions or concerns. Very quick and easy to deal with.
