Customer service is always very helpful and courteous.

First time I have shopped this website . I purchased a joint chew it made my dog sick to her stomach and diarrhea. There is no phone number anywhere for these people . And they charge you a restock fee for everything no other site does that . The chews were $15 and the stock fee was $20. I threw this stuff in the trash . What were they restocking ? We’re they going to sell someone used chews? Stick with chewy, petsmart any other site .

Alpha-Paw is the best in product and customer service! If you have any questions regarding your purchases, they are quick to return a response and assist. I had an awesome experience and am telling all of my friends about Alpha-Paw!!

The throw blanket from Alpha Paw was a BIG hit with the two Yorkies in the house. Lots of immediate curiosity and energetic play to make the throw their own.

There is no place where folks are so kind and helpful! They care about you pet and you! great products!

I got the highest ramp for my 3, 12 year old cats. My one cat has a torn ACL and had trouble getting up where I feed them, due to a several herniated discs. My little girl loves the ramp and goes running up and down it. One of the boys has used it the last couple of days. Best purchase I could have made. Very well constructed and looks great!

I ordered kibble for my 5 year old miniature dachshund Bailey last week. I had to make an adjustment to the order so I sent an email. Not only did they take awesome care of my adjustment, they were so NICE. I really appreciate great customer service. And my Bailey loves the kibble!

So happy with my Alpha Paw blanket. My dog loves it, too, and he has not budged from it since I put it on the bed. It's very beautiful, stylish and so soft. Another great thing is that now I can reinstate my beautiful bedding knowing that my AlphaPaw will protect it. An excellent product all around, and customer service is fantastic.
