Absolutely LOVED my mug! It came out even better than I had hoped. As soon as I placed my order, I received a confirmation email. Shortly after, I received an email stating that they had begun working on it. Lulufam kept me in the loop during the entire process which I truly appreciate. The mug was excellent quality and the picture was perfectly clear. It looks just like me and my pup! 100% will recommend this business to my friends and family in the future. I will also be ordering from here again :) PS- Lulufam has been super friendly and even shared a picture of my adorable mug on their social media pages. You guys are a total gem!

Loved my mug!! Will definitely order again! Thank you, Lulufam for the smooth transaction!

Great product and replied to my email quickly when I had questions about the status of the order. The blanket arrived just as described.

I gave a mug to my sister as a Christmas gift with her two cats and dog. She loved it!

I am very happy with the two mugs I received. I order them the day before Thanksgiving and received them yesterday (January 8th). There were some very frustrating and stressful periods in the time between when I ordered the mugs, mostly because there was initially little to no communication from the company. However, Lulufam was very transparent about the fact that they were very overwhelmed by the demand this holiday season (which was their first holiday season) and fully admitted that they were underprepared for the inundation of orders they received. I was disappointed my mugs didn’t arrive by Christmas since I had ordered them a month prior but they are stunning and were well worth the wait. I would definitely recommend Lulufam to others and will certainly be using them again myself. Just remember that they are a small, new company still working out the kinks and fine tuning the process, so plan accordingly, be patient, and know that they will take good care of you and fulfill their promise to deliver stunning, meaningful products that will forever commemorate our four legged family members! :)

The mug I purchased with guaranteed delivery by Christmas arrived the first week in January. In addition, the custom product design requested was completely incorrect. Have attempted to email CS on multiple occasions and have received only one response to date which seems to be nothing more than a canned reply (which was received outside of the stated 36-48 hr response time stated). The issue remains unresolved. Would not recommend. Sincerely, Lynn Caldwell

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I ordered an ornament with "guaranteed Christmas delivery". It arrived January 7th (yes, THIRTEEN DAYS LATER THAN THEIR GUARANTEED DELIVERY). I called the a week before delivery asking where it was and tried to cancel the order and they refused to cancel it or reimburse me for shipping or any part of the order. To make matters worse, if it could get worse, the ornament came back ugly. I'm too embarrassed to give this gift to them. It looks like a 5 year old painted it.

Package was perfect! Great quality and even thought it arrived after Christmas, it was still a great present! The colors of my dogs was spot on.
