We have a brother in law in Italy who needs compression stockings. Periodically we send them to him using a variety of methods. I returned to Ames Walker since I know them to be reputable. I spent a lengthy time placing the order with a customer service person. The address alone in Italy is lengthy and difficult.. When I received the confirmation of the order I found she had spelled everything perfectly and did not give it another thought until our relatives called us to say the company sent all women's panty hose. I worked with Liz in customer service. She understandably needed to discuss this and get back with me. Within a short time she called to say the company was sending out the correct order at no additional cost to us. She understood perfectly that the original order had taken a month to arrive and how difficult it would be to wait untill they sent the items back. I will always use Ames Walker as my "go to" company. I can't thank them enough.

My husband tried the calf high sox to control swelling. Our Doctor specifically suggested Ames Walker. But when my husband tried to put them on, he couldn't figure out how to get them on. They looked very nice but I had to return them.

A young girl who tried to help me choose support knee hose was both impatient and uninterested in helping. She lacked knowledge about Ames Walker products and was no help at all. I tried to ask questions she had no idea of how to answer. Consequently I sent back the 2 pr of hose that were skimpy and did not fit properly. Who can I contact at Ames Walker to get expert information on the fit of support knee hose. I'm trying to get hose that fit so I can wear them and order them often.
