the company is good and reliable. the sox should be a little longer. the length on the 15/20 is a little short, the length on the 8/15 is ok.

Order arrived in a timely manner. However, the compression socks were too small over the arch and ankle area for my husband. I returned the 2 unopened boxes with the enclosed Return label. Thank you for that! The calf band was too tight., I take a MEDI III so I was surprised when the size IV socks constricted my calves and legs and left them aching the next day.

Product delivery was delayed per the USPS. Delivery was within 4 day window, barely. Need date was AM of 5th; arrived late PM of 4th day. Work order stated :"NO USPS" but sent by "PRIORITY MAIL" via USPS. Will not order again!, try someone else.

My husband had broken his compession hose "taker-offer" (as he calls it), and was need of a new one ASAP. I ordered a new one, it was shipped the day I ordered it, and received it two days later! My husband was delighted.....and so was I because I had to be the taker-offer in the interim. Thanks for such great service!
