The towels are lovely but UPS charged…
The towels are lovely but UPS charged me $61 online for import fees, then again $66 when I went to pick it up. Consider this before buying as I was never informed anywhere that there may be import charges, especially not $120.

Oh man! We are so sorry to hear about this, Alexis! We are still figuring out all the nuances of international shipping. We will put it on the list to sent up a notification for international orders. Thank you for the feedback and sorry again!

Not the softest material
Not the softest material. I wasn't expecting it to be fluffy like microfiber because I know it is 50% hemp fiber, but these towels are not that soft and it was slightly disappointing.

Hi Tiana, Thank you so much for your feedback! Our #1 goal is to ensure customer satisfaction with all Anact products. It is true that hemp often has a misconception of not being a soft fiber, which is why we are excited to debunk that by reintroducing it back into society. As it relates to our towel products, we designed the Anact towels to be thinner and have an exfoliating weave to dry you off faster, prevent the growth of bacteria and bring the spa experience into your own home. Traditional plush towels were not doing the job for us which is why we wanted a better design and to use a plant fiber that performed in towels the way that we wanted it to do so. We realize we are one of the first on the market to be doing so and we are thrilled that you are an early adopter. If you have any other questions or feedback about the towel, please let us know. All the best, Brianna
